This website-hosted user interface (this “Interface”) enables access to the PRJX Protocol (the “Protocol”)—a decentralized, non-custodial system of smart contracts deployed on public blockchains for token swapping and liquidity provisioning. This Interface is developed and maintained by independent contributors and service providers (the “Development Team”). The PRJX Foundation does not operate or control this Interface, nor does it execute or oversee any transactions. The Protocol is open-source and permissionless, and its smart contracts are publicly accessible. Independent third parties may develop and deploy alternative interfaces that interact with the same Protocol. The visual elements, logos, and branding of this Interface are protected intellectual property and may not be reused without express permission.
By accessing or using the Interface or the Protocol, you agree to be legally bound by the following:
The Protocol is fully non-custodial. You retain full control of your private keys and assets. At no time does PRJX, the Interface, the Foundation, or its developers take possession of user funds. You understand that no party associated with PRJX can recover lost funds or provide access to your wallet.
The Interface and Protocol are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. You accept full responsibility for all risks associated with your use, including but not limited to potential smart contract bugs, asset volatility, blockchain network instability, third-party service failures, front-end vulnerabilities, smart contract exploits and regulatory uncertainties. You are solely responsible for verifying the security and integrity of your local environment and interactions. No party associated with PRJX bears responsibility for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Interface or Protocol.
Neither the PRJX Foundation nor any contributor makes any warranties regarding uninterrupted access, security, or reliability of the Interface or Protocol. No assurance is given that the Protocol will remain available, updated, or functional in any jurisdiction. There is no obligation to support, maintain, or upgrade the Interface.
You may not use the Interface or the Protocol if you are a resident, citizen, or located in any country or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions, as determined by sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, or other relevant authorities, including but not limited to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine (collectively, "Prohibited Jurisdictions").
By accessing the Interface, you represent and warrant that you are not a person or entity: (i) located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, (ii) listed on any governmental sanctions list, or (iii) otherwise restricted under applicable laws from interacting with the Protocol.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
All information made available through the Interface is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. You should consult independent professional advisors before making any financial or legal decisions.
Use of the Interface by minors is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Interface. By continuing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the PRJX Foundation, the Development Team, or any individual or entity involved in developing or maintaining the Interface or Protocol be liable for any claim, damage, or loss arising from or related to your use—or inability to use—the Interface or Protocol, including but not limited to loss of profits, digital assets, data, or other value, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. The PRJX Foundation and the Development Team are not responsible for any third-party content, statements, or communications made outside of this Interface. No statements made by community members, contributors, or affiliated individuals shall be deemed official representations unless explicitly published via this Interface. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of all such parties shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PRJX Foundation, its affiliates, officers, agents, and contributors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from or related to your use of the Interface or Protocol. This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.
