This website-hosted user interface (this "Interface") enables access to the PRJX Protocol (the "Protocol")—a decentralized, non-custodial system of smart contracts deployed on public blockchains for token swapping and liquidity provisioning. The Protocol is deployed and governed by the PRJX Foundation (the "Foundation"). The Interface is built and maintained by independent contributors and service providers (the "Development Team") who provide front-end services that facilitate interaction with the Protocol. Neither the Foundation nor the Development Team executes or oversees any individual transactions. The Protocol is open-source and permissionless, and its smart contracts are publicly accessible. Independent third parties may develop and deploy alternative interfaces that interact with the same Protocol. The visual elements, logos, and branding of this Interface are protected intellectual property and may not be reused without express permission.
By connecting your wallet to and using the Interface or the Protocol, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy available on this Interface (the "Privacy Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference.
By connecting your wallet to and using the Interface or Protocol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you do not agree, cease all access and use immediately.
Use of the Interface by minors is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Interface. By continuing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Protocol is fully non-custodial. You retain full control of your private keys and assets. At no time does PRJX, the Interface, the Foundation, the Development Team, or any affiliated party take possession of user funds. You understand that no party associated with PRJX can recover lost funds or provide access to your wallet.
The Interface and Protocol are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You accept full responsibility for all risks associated with your use, including but not limited to potential smart contract bugs, asset volatility, blockchain network instability, third-party service failures, front-end vulnerabilities, smart contract exploits, and regulatory uncertainties. You are solely responsible for verifying the security and integrity of your local environment and interactions. No party associated with PRJX bears responsibility for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Interface or Protocol.
To provide you with the best trading experience, the Interface integrates with and routes transactions through third-party decentralized protocols, open-source software, smart contracts, aggregators, liquidity pools, bridges, and other on-chain or off-chain infrastructure (collectively, "Third-Party Protocols"). The Interface and Protocol may also incorporate or deploy smart contracts and software derived from open-source code originally developed by third parties ("Derived Software"). While we strive to integrate reliable infrastructure, the inclusion of any Third-Party Protocol or Derived Software does not constitute a guarantee of its security, reliability, or fitness for any purpose — including where such software has been modified, adapted, or deployed by any party associated with PRJX. Smart contracts accessible through the Interface may or may not have been subject to independent security audits, and even where audits have been conducted, no audit eliminates all risk. You acknowledge that: (i) interactions with Third-Party Protocols and Derived Software are at your own risk; (ii) no party associated with PRJX can reverse, cancel, or modify transactions executed through such infrastructure; and (iii) no party associated with PRJX is obligated to audit, monitor, update, or patch any smart contract, whether proprietary, derived, or third-party. No party associated with PRJX shall be liable for any loss arising from your interaction with any Third-Party Protocol or Derived Software, regardless of whether such interaction was routed or displayed by the Interface, and regardless of the degree to which such software was modified or deployed by any party associated with PRJX.
You acknowledge that decentralized token transactions involve inherent risks that are beyond the control of the Foundation, the Development Team, or any affiliated party. These risks include, but are not limited to: price slippage between the time a transaction is submitted and when it is executed; failed, reverted, or partially filled transactions; front-running, sandwich attacks, or other forms of maximal extractable value (MEV) exploitation; transactions routed to incorrect or non-functional contract addresses; loss of gas fees on failed transactions; oracle manipulation or stale price data; and unexpected token behavior including rebasing, fee-on-transfer, or deflationary mechanics. The Interface may display estimated transaction outcomes, including expected token amounts, fees, or price impact. These estimates are approximations only and are not guarantees. Actual transaction outcomes may differ materially from displayed estimates. No party associated with PRJX shall be liable for any discrepancy between estimated and actual transaction outcomes.
The Protocol is permissionless. Any person or entity may deploy or list tokens through the Protocol without the approval, endorsement, or involvement of the Foundation or the Development Team. Neither the Foundation nor the Development Team issues, curates, reviews, audits, or controls any token accessible through the Interface. The presence or display of any token within the Interface does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or recommendation of that token. Tokens accessed via the Interface may be experimental, volatile, illiquid, or fraudulent. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before interacting with any token. No party associated with PRJX shall be liable for any loss arising from your interaction with any token accessed through the Interface.

Neither the Foundation nor any contributor makes any warranties regarding uninterrupted access, security, or reliability of the Interface or Protocol. No assurance is given that the Protocol will remain available, updated, or functional in any jurisdiction. There is no obligation to support, maintain, or upgrade the Interface.
