This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you access or use the PRJX Protocol interface hosted at prjx.com (the "Interface"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use. By using the Interface, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

The Interface is built and maintained by independent contributors and service providers (the "Development Team"). For privacy-related inquiries, contact: [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Blockchain Data. When you connect a wallet and interact with the Interface, your public wallet address and on-chain transaction data are inherently visible on public blockchains. This data is not collected by us — it is publicly available by design.

Wallet and Session Data. When you connect your wallet, your wallet address is associated with session and authentication data through our authentication provider. This association is used to maintain your session, enable Interface functionality, and may persist across sessions. Wallet-based message signing is required as part of the authentication process.

Automatically Collected Data. When you access the Interface, we may automatically collect: IP address; browser type, version, and language; device type and operating system; referring URL; pages viewed and actions taken within the Interface; and date and time of access.

Analytics Data. We use third-party analytics services to understand how the Interface is used. These services may collect information about your interactions with the Interface, including page views, click events, session duration, and feature usage.

We Do Not Collect. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government-issued identification, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what is described above. The Interface uses wallet-based authentication only.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes: operating, maintaining, and improving the Interface; monitoring usage patterns and diagnosing technical issues; protecting the security and integrity of the Interface; and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Interface, and on the basis of your consent as provided through your use of the Interface.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The Interface relies on third-party services that may receive or process certain data in connection with your use. These include, but are not limited to:

Authentication. Our authentication provider receives your wallet address, signature data, and related session information when you connect your wallet. Your wallet address may be stored by this provider to maintain session state across visits.

Aggregators and DEX Routing. When you execute swaps or other transactions, your wallet address and transaction parameters may be transmitted to third-party aggregator APIs to obtain quotes and route transactions. These services may log request data, including wallet addresses and IP addresses, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

RPC Providers. Blockchain interactions are facilitated through third-party RPC providers. These providers may receive your wallet address, transaction data, and IP address.

Analytics and Error Tracking. We use analytics and error tracking services to monitor Interface performance and usage. These services may collect device information, usage data, and IP addresses.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service, and we encourage you to review their respective policies.
